About The Position

Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We’re a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world, and many large country governments. We've blocked almost 200 million cyber-attacks to date and take down around 33% of the world’s phishing attacks. Our purpose and passion are focused on one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime. That passion shapes how we work, too. We’re proud of our talented team and the value each person brings, and we’ve built a workplace where people feel supported and inspired — from strong benefits and wellness programs to meaningful collaboration and team connection. The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to serve as a key point of contact within and outside the organization to communicate, negotiate, and influence contract terms, policies, and procedures. The Contracts Manager will be a member of the Legal team and will partner closely with Finance, Sales, Security/IT and other internal teams to drive efficient, customer-friendly contracting while protecting the company’s risk posture. The Contracts Manager will take the lead in implementing process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency and effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, can balance speed with accuracy, and enjoys building scalable contract processes (templates, playbooks, automation).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, commercial contracting, legal ops, or procurement—ideally in SaaS/software.
  • Strong working knowledge of SaaS contract concepts: subscriptions, usage-based terms, SLAs, data protection, limitation of liability, indemnities, and auto-renewals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail with strong judgment on risk vs. business practicality.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience building templates, clause libraries, playbooks, or scaling contracting processes.
  • Experience implementing legal ops software/tools (e.g. contract management database, e-sign tools, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, team building and leadership skills, with the ability to perform in a complex cross-functional business environment.
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle for customer, vendor, and partner agreements—from intake through signature and storage.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a range of SaaS-related agreements, including:
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements;
  • Master Subscription Agreements, order forms, renewals & amendments;
  • Data processing addenda & security exhibits; and
  • Vendor agreements.
  • Serve as the front line for contract requests: triage, prioritize, and route items appropriately (including escalations within Legal).
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of contract templates, model contract library and the efficiency of the legal contract management process.
  • Maintain and enforce the company’s contracting policies and negotiation playbooks, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Own contract repository hygiene (e.g., metadata, obligations tracking, renewal dates) and ensure proper document retention.
  • Help implement and optimize CLM tools and e-signature processes.
  • Undertake special assignments as required.

Benefits

  • Highly attractive base salary and bonus structure, reviewed annually
  • 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan with employer match up to 4%
  • Comprehensive private health cover, including medical, dental, vision, and life assurance
  • Equity tracking scheme (eligibility criteria apply)
  • 33 days vacation per year (including public holidays), plus additional paid sick leave
  • Flexible and hybrid working options
  • Enhanced family leave benefits, including 52 weeks maternity/adoption leave and 4 weeks paid paternity leave
  • Two days paid Volunteering Leave per year
  • An inclusive culture where you’ll feel genuinely valued and supported
