About The Position

Contracts Manager The Opportunity: As a contract manager, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our contracts team where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems. As a contract manager on our team, you will support all phases of the acquisition life cycle where your expertise in contracts management will serve as the catalyst to identify, manage, and mitigate risk. Your knowledge will be applied to strategic discussions for future contract opportunities and competitive proposals, analysis of solicitations and teaming agreements, negotiation, and contract management. This is an exceptional opportunity where you will become a true business partner with a direct line to the account leadership as decisions are made. In addition, you will work closely with your teammates and may mentor and guide junior staff. Requirements

  • Experience with contract pre-proposal efforts, RFP or RFQ support, proposal support and submission, and post-award contract administration
  • Experience with different contract types, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time and Materials, or Incentive Fee contracts
  • Experience in reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Experience in negotiating contracts with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements
  • Experience working directly with industry or government procurement officials
  • Ability to interpret federal regulations including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
  • Ability to manage multiple critical internal and external deadlines
  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with contract management, or Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience with contract management

  • Ability to collaborate with teams on topics such as intellectual property protection, organizational conflicts of interest, and sensitive data protection

  • NCMA Professional Certification, including CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM Certification

  • The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
