About The Position

Electromagnetic Defensive Solutions (EDS) by Honeywell is a fast-growing part of Honeywell Aerospace Technology, a growing Aerospace organization and we have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager in our Lancaster, PA site. The Contracts Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal to execution and closeout. You are expected to possess a deep understanding of contract law, negotiation skills, the ability to manage complex contracts in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in collaborating with various departments and ensuring compliance with regulations and customer expectations. Additionally, the Contracts Manager will monitor contractor performance and provide contract support to ensure program execution. The successful candidate must have a proven history of working independently as well as part of an integrated team. In this role, you will showcase your business acumen while you advise peers and superiors on all contractual matters from proposal through closeout. This person must have superior knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, and applicable federal laws and regulations with a specific focus on “Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act” (formerly the Truth in Negotiations Act “TINA”). You will be relied upon for sound advice relative to IP protection and data rights assertions. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential to this role. Requirements
