About The Position

As a contract manager, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our National Security team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company. On our team, you’ll use your advanced contracting knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts within various markets. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning capture stages through proposal and execution, and into closeout. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies. As a trusted business partner, you’ll provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and conditions negotiation, whitepaper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflict of interest, risk management, mitigation, and intellectual property negotiations, and monitor operational performance. Additionally, you'll support complex contract activities and manage relationships with client counterparts to accomplish business goals and objectives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with U.S. Government clients
  • Experience with multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, and cost reimbursable
  • Experience negotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor role with industry partners
  • Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans
  • Experience reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ability to support complex contract activities that require the development of creative solutions and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives
  • Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to manage a robust contract portfolio of various sizes, scopes, and complexity
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical skills, to solve problems and mitigate risks
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • NCMA Professional Certification
