This position is a part of the Field Reports group and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and labor policies such as Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) for federally funded highway construction projects. This position facilitates the proper reporting of prevailing wages, fringe benefits, apprentice utilization, and resolution of employee wage violations. The information is then disseminated to ADOT Field Offices, contractors, and subcontractors. Reports to upper management to certify that all federal labor laws are being uniformly enforced for all contractors and subcontractors. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
