About The Position

As a Contracts Lead here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will handle all facets of contract formation and contract management including drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, and administration of complex customer agreements. You will ensure that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes, and Honeywell Aerospace business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws. You will report directly to our Contracts Director, and you’ll work out of either our Phoenix, AZ or our Aguadilla PR location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact Honeywell Aerospace's contract management function and overall business operations. By effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, this role will ensure that Honeywell Aerospace operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and protecting the company's interests.

Requirements

• Experience in contract formation and contract management.
• Proficiency in drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, and administration of complex customer agreements.
• Understanding of ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws.
• Ability to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Skills in mitigating risks and protecting company interests.
