Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Two years of administrative or office support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Successfully pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the contracts department.
Maintain contract files, databases, and electronic records.
Assist with preparation, review, routing, and tracking of contract-related documents.
Coordinate signatures and approvals.
Track task timelines and ensure no delay in processing.
Assist with Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements and subcontract documentation.
Assist with onboarding new vendors.
Assist with new vendor agreements.
Support compliance and contract closeout activities.
Assist with updating contract files within Microsoft SharePoint Sites.
Assist with updating contract department reporting requirements.
Other duties as assigned
