ScioTeq offers a small company feel while projecting a big company presence. We are looking for an experienced Contracts and Trade Compliance Specialist who can join our team in Duluth, Georgia. The Contracts and Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for the review, negotiation, and administration of customer purchase orders, contracts, and company agreements, and for ensuring ScioTeq LLC’s full compliance with U.S. export control regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and requirements for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The role partners closely with Sales, Business Development, and Program Management to protect the company’s commercial and legal interests while safeguarding controlled data and maintaining accurate contract and licensing records. Ensure compliance to ScioTeq legal requirements on all contractual matters including agreements, prices, terms and conditions, export, and order entry.
