About The Position

Funga is seeking a Contract and Compliance Specialist to support the review, execution, organization, and lifecycle management of contracts across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring contracts are processed accurately, tracked consistently, and communicated effectively to internal stakeholders. You will also own compliance with contract, state, and federal requirements that guide our work. You’ll work closely with Business Operations, Legal, Finance, Land Enrollment, and external counsel to support smooth contracting workflows while maintaining strong documentation and compliance standards. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple contracts in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience and comfort working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and external partners
  • Familiarity with contract and project management systems, document management tools, and approval workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Service-orientation: you treat internal teams and external partners as your customers
  • Bias for action: you seize opportunities for improvement in process, product, and communication. You are willing to take informed risks and decisions that create value now versus perfection later.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
