About The Position

Innovation Works, Inc. (“IW”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to design, administer, and analyze a baseline employee engagement and culture survey for our organization. The purpose of this engagement is to establish foundational employee engagement metrics, identify organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement, and support future culture and retention initiatives. Innovation Works is one of the most active early-stage investors in the country and supports the growth of innovative companies and entrepreneurs throughout the region.   • Sample deliverables or reporting examples
  • Pricing structure and total cost
  • References from similar engagements
  • Description of confidentiality and data security practices

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Innovation Works leadership and HR to understand organizational goals and culture priorities
  • Design or customize a confidential employee engagement survey
  • Include benchmarking where appropriate
  • Administer the survey electronically to approximately 37 employees
  • Ensure anonymity and confidentiality of responses
  • Provide technical support during survey administration
  • Analyze survey results and identify key themes and trends
  • Provide an executive summary
  • Provide department-level insights where appropriate and confidentiality permits
  • Provide benchmarking data, if available
  • Provide recommendations for improvement initiatives
  • Present results and recommendations to leadership
  • Guide prioritizing next steps and action planning
