The Contractor Support to Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Awareness (JISR&A) Integration provides support to the development of JISR&A capability products in accordance with the NATO governance model for common funded capability delivery across DOTMLPFI lines of development, guided by the ACT JISR&A Capabilities Program Director/Section Head and JISR&A Integrator/Architect. The incumbent supports program management efforts and stakeholder interaction from tactical to strategic levels, providing methodological and analytical expertise for the development of a holistic JISR&A capability approach, particularly regarding multi-source/multi-domain intelligence fusion and integration, and supports JISR&A-related projects such as the JISR Line of Effort and related Beacon Projects. This role supports the elicitation, capture, development, analysis, evaluation, and traceability of higher- and lower-level requirements across all DOTMLPFI domains, contributes to the development and review of JISR&A-related doctrine and policy, and coordinates DOTMLPFI development and implementation synchronization to resolve capability development issues across the lifecycle. The incumbent organizes and participates in workshops, seminars, conferences, and meetings; collaborates with national and international military, civilian, and academic organizations; administers JISR&A program status information within ACT's warfare development information-sharing environment; and supports interaction with NATO Agencies on capability development and validation. Working directly for the ACT JISR&A Capabilities Program Director and JISR&A Integrator/Architect, the incumbent identifies lessons and best practices for organizational learning and travels to meetings and conferences within and outside NATO's boundaries for up to 40 days per year.
