About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Contractor Support Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support and assistance to our network of contractors. A day in the life of this role will involve (but not be limited to) addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient collaboration between contractors and our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contractor or B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Understanding various dimensions to ensure proper trailer selection

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support to contractors via phone and email in a high-volume environment.
  • Understand and address contractors’ queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive demeanor.
  • Assist contractors with various issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as safety, settlements, billing) to resolve contractor issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and policies.
  • Guide contractors in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
  • Provide training or demonstrations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our ticketing system.
  • Assist in the training of new team members.
