Contractor Management Specialist

As a Contractor Management Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for our clinicians throughout their travel assignment, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued every step of the way. As a Contractor Management Specialist, you will partner with healthcare professionals during their assignments to deliver exceptional service while helping improve contractor engagement and retention.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service or relationship management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting healthcare professionals, staffing, recruiting, or account management
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM
- Experience in a metrics-driven or service-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their assignments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor questions, concerns, and support needs.
- Conduct proactive check-in calls to ensure a positive contractor experience.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with assignment transitions.
- Extend offers and guide contractors through pre-start processes.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Recruiting, Credentialing, Payroll, and other internal partners to resolve issues quickly.
- Accurately document contractor interactions and follow-up activities within the ATS/CRM.
- Identify opportunities to improve contractor satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in every interaction.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and customer experience expectations.
