Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, including contractor documentation, compliance, and first-day readiness
  • Ensure a seamless and professional onboarding experience for all new assignments
  • Conduct structured check-ins at Day 5, Day 30, and Day 90 to ensure engagement and performance alignment
  • Proactively track assignment timelines and key milestones across all active contractors
  • Initiate extension conversations 60 days prior to assignment end dates
  • Partner with clients, MSP/VMS stakeholders, and internal teams to secure contract extensions
  • Coordinate and manage all extension-related documentation and approvals
  • Lead structured end-of-assignment processes, including exit coordination, hiring manager references, and resume updates
  • Proactively market active and exiting contractors to internal opportunities
  • Partner with recruiters to drive redeployment outcomes and minimize contractor downtime
  • Act as the primary point of coordination across Contractors, Recruiters, Account Managers, Payroll & Compliance teams, Client hiring managers, and MSP/VMS partners
  • Ensure all lifecycle activities are accurately tracked and documented within systems
