About The Position

AIT Home Delivery, a division of AIT Worldwide Logistics, is seeking contractors for assembly and installation of outdoor products in the Kansas City, MO area. This contract role offers the potential to earn between $40K-$100K+ annually, with weekly settlements. Contractors will be offered various types of work and can choose which contracts to accept. Most assembly and installation jobs require a qualified helper, forming two-man teams.

Requirements

Sufficient vehicle for the work being performed.
Reliable helper; two-man teams required.
Ownership of hand and power tools.
Mechanical aptitude and experience to build products to manufacturer specifications.
An EIN (federal tax ID).
Compliance with insurance and vehicle registrations.
Compliance with state laws for the vehicle being used.
Willingness to undergo background and drug screens (for contractor and helper).
Willingness to undergo MVR checks (for driving contractors).
Tech savvy with a mobile phone.
Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with concrete.
For Basketball Installations only: a pick-up truck, van, or smaller box truck is required.
For Basketball Installations only: vehicle capable of product transport for pick-up and delivery.

Responsibilities

Assembly of large outdoor products at customers' homes, including playsets, pergolas, gazebos, resin structures, and sheds.
Installation of inground basketball hoops.
Occasional pick-up and delivery of product to homes, specifically for basketball hoops.
Transporting products and tools to and from job sites.
Ensuring products are built to manufacturer specifications.
Providing exceptional customer service.
