About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Construction & Concrete Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction planning through final completion. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules, controlling costs, and leading field execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in commercial construction and concrete operations, along with proven leadership skills to successfully manage multiple active projects.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects
Direct experience with concrete construction required
Strong scheduling, cost tracking, and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively
Solid knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
Ability to interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical specifications
Professional leadership and client-facing communication abilities
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to project sites as needed

Responsibilities

Direct commercial building and concrete projects from award through closeout
Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and material logistics
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and financial budgets
Manage change orders, contract documentation, and cost forecasting
Monitor field productivity, safety compliance, and quality standards
Serve as primary liaison between owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Identify scheduling or cost risks and implement corrective solutions
Ensure seamless transition from estimating and preconstruction planning into active field operations
Maintain accurate reporting on project performance and profitability
