Stefanini is looking for a Project Manager-Finance Contracting in Dearborn, MI (Onsite) For quick apply, please reach out to Navneet Pathak at 248-213-3677/[email protected] We are looking for someone who will oversees the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.). They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience Required
  • Associate Experience, at least 2+ years in Contracting and Project Management Experience Preferred
  • The manager is open to hiring someone who has recently graduated and possesses 2-3 years of experience in the Finance Contracting Field, with a strong interest in receiving training in this area of the business.
  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise leveraging Financial background
  • Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, Contracting and Financing etc.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sourcing strategies for Information Technology products and services within all Business Units.
  • Achieve significant value creation, cost savings (including redundancy reduction/tail spend control), and favorable terms, with the ability to report out on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
  • Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with internal business partners to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers, managing performance against KPIs, conducting business reviews, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of buyers and oversee global coordination with global purchasing partners.
  • Provide guidance, set clear performance objectives, manage workload distribution, and foster a collaborative, engaging, and high-performing team environment.
