Requirements

Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial construction and concrete projects in Mount Pleasant from bid award through completion.
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and material logistics to maintain project flow.
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation to ensure accountability and efficiency.
Monitor jobsite progress for safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage project scope and expectations.
Implement best practices for construction means, methods, and cost control.
