About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Contracting Project Manager to lead commercial construction and concrete projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout. This role combines project scheduling, cost control, and field coordination to ensure safe, high-quality execution while maintaining timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and concrete operations, along with leadership skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial construction or concrete project management
Strong project coordination, scheduling, and cost control capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Professional client-facing communication and leadership skills
Ability to interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required

Responsibilities

Manage commercial construction and concrete projects from bid award through completion
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Track change orders, documentation, and overall project cost performance
Monitor job-site progress to ensure quality standards and safety compliance
Communicate proactively with owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain schedule and profitability
Support seamless transition from estimating and planning into active construction
