Requirements

Responsibilities

Lead commercial construction and concrete projects in Charleston, SC from bid award through project closeout
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material logistics to maintain smooth operations
Monitor project schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation to ensure accuracy
Oversee jobsite progress, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements
Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage project scope and expectations
Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
Support project teams with planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving
