About The Position

Christian Counseling Associates is seeking an organized and dependable individual to assist with insurance contracting, credentialing, and administrative coordination. This role involves completing applications, communicating with insurance companies, tracking progress, organizing documentation, and helping develop internal instructions and processes related to payer enrollments. You will work directly with leadership, who will provide direction and oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Complete and submit applications for insurance credentialing and contracting
  • Communicate professionally with insurance companies by phone and email
  • Track enrollment and contracting progress to ensure items are completed on time
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of submissions and communications
  • Assist with managing employee documentation and required records
  • Create and maintain written instructions and internal processes for payer enrollments
