Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer service orientation with high degree of focus; ability to work independently and collaboratively while taking accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical thinking skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft systems.
  • Keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

  • Reassign and manage emails through database inboxes and distribute inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Answer inquiries from National Accounts.
  • Establish advisors in EIM/M2 systems and maintain current advisor records including address updates, terminations, and system error resolution.
  • Collaborate with Compliance to ensure advisors are screened accordingly.
  • Ensure all licensing requirements are met at time of onboarding and renewal.
  • Ensure privacy and confidentiality guidelines are respected throughout all processes.
  • Run daily and weekly system filters to identify compliance gaps and process errors.
