About The Position

Contracted Faculty of Practice are needed to serve as Dissertation Advisors and Committee Members for EdD and Ph.D. graduate students in our Doctoral Kinesiology programs at Concordia University, St. Paul. Content areas include, but are not limited to: Exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, health & wellness, leadership & administration, orthotics & prosthetics, physical education, physical therapy, and sport management. Ongoing applications are accepted for review, and candidates will be contacted for an interview when an appropriate opening becomes available. Specific training will be provided for CFPs by the Doctoral Director upon hire. This is a 2 to 3-year commitment with stipends totaling $2000 for Advisors and $1000 for each Committee Member.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree required
• Experience with online delivery of education and communication
• Must be organized, able to meet deadlines, and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Passion for mentoring and supporting future industry leaders
