Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of relevant experience (surety, credit analysis, financial analysis, construction finance, underwriting, etc.).
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned regional territory.

Preferred fields of study: Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze business and financial information, including credit reports, bank agreements, and financial statements.
Evaluate risk quality and ensure underwriting decisions align with internal guidelines.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with agents, brokers, and internal teams.
Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
