Reporting to the Director of Renewals, the Contract Specialist (CS) is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of sales submissions prior to contract execution. This role serves as a critical quality checkpoint between Sales and Operations, helping to prevent downstream errors, protect revenue, and enable seamless service delivery. While the role may initially support contract entry into internal systems, it is designed to evolve into a contract audit and validation function, ensuring all submissions meet company standards before processing. This position requires full-time, in-office attendance during the initial onboarding and training period (approximately 90 days). Upon demonstrating proficiency and meeting performance expectations, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
