The Contract Specialist has a proactive, business-minded approach with strong critical thinking skills to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive value through sound decision-making. This individual will analyze complex scenarios and develop alternative solutions that improve outcomes and ensure accuracy. The Contract Specialist is customer-focused with strong sales acumen and demonstrated leadership through influence, initiative, and mentorship to enhance experience and support revenue growth. This position is part of the Client Services Department and reports to the Manager/Supervisor responsible for Contract Administration located in Brea, CA and will be on-site. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional resolution of inquiries. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities Manage the full contract lifecycle, including booking agreements, maintaining contract data, and ensuring compliance with billing, shipping, and contractual terms and partner with Sales to support renewals, prevent expirations, enable new placements, and research, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to pricing and contract terms
