About The Position

Support global staff by providing more in-depth review and response to terms and conditions, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. High energy level, results oriented, and comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities. Able to work under the pressure of deadlines. Respond to Customer correspondence and e-mail on Quality Surveys, Reps and Certs and other issues. Exhibits professionalism, commitment, and dedication in all areas of correspondence. Strong verbal and written skills. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of personal computer applications and software packages. Using excellent customer service skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and customers. Able to respond to customer correspondence using critical judgment, considering always that sensitive/confidential company information cannot be disclosed. Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years post high school experience including minimum 1 year approved related work experience, preferably PO and/or contract related; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Professional is required.
  • PC proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Proficient with internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and other software.
  • Able to read and understand a terminal screen and printed reports.
  • Able to type data/use a PC for long periods of time.
