About The Position

Provide support for project staff to ensure contractual aspects of construction projects follow contract agreements and legal requirements from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting/contract admin and billing. Construction related preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize, while maintaining deadlines.
  • Produce accurate and timely work.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly (environment/technology).
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all federal, state, local and company safety policies.
  • Administration of contracts & subcontracts.
  • Draft, create, and oversee subcontracts.
  • Manage compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Track contract changes, manage documentation, and assist in resolving disputes.
  • Effectively communicate with the project managers and field supervisors.
  • Identify and mitigate potential contract risks, such as delays, cost overruns, or non-compliance issues.
  • Contract billing for all contracts.
  • Update Insurance Certificates.
  • Perform all other duties deemed necessary or assigned.
