About The Position

You’ll partner closely with our Healthcare Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and sustain strong pipelines that support our continued growth across healthcare and quality-focused roles. This role is ideal for an experienced sourcer who thrives in passive candidate outreach, data-driven recruiting, and fast-paced environments .

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals.
• Strong command of advanced sourcing techniques , including Boolean search and data mining.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (required).
• Ability to effectively leverage multiple job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Proven success delivering qualified sourced candidates in a metrics-driven environment .
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and high professional standards.
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment .

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Greenhouse is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage healthcare professionals through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
• Spend approximately 80% of your time sourcing passive candidates , primarily with nursing or quality experience within health systems .
• Build, manage, and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and candidate conversions.
• Share regular updates and market insights with recruiting and talent stakeholders.
• Analyze sourcing performance data and continuously refine strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
