About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our hiring needs during a period of growth. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, screen, and hire top talent in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with ATS platforms and job boards
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Post job ads, source candidates, and build talent pipelines
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews and communicate next steps with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records in the ATS
• Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, challenges, and timelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
