About The Position
At Zaal Ventures, we specialize in hiring top-tier tour guides for a variety of engaging experiences, including ghost tours, food tours, brewery tours, history tours, and more. We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive recruiter to assist us as we prepare for the summer tourism season that begins with Memorial Day weekend. This is an independent contractor remote position. Applicants must be fluent in English.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR staffing.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations.
- Source and screen candidates via resume evaluations, phone screenings, and virtual interviews to ensure the best fit for each role.
- Leverage social media and job boards to increase brand visibility and connect with qualified candidates.
