Backed by Foundation Capital and with a recent $60M Series A round led by Andreessen Horowitz, we build multi-agent AI systems that automate complex business workflows across platforms including SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, MuleSoft, and more. As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to own recruiting for our growing contractor and consulting workforce across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the enterprise consulting ecosystem and has deep experience recruiting SAP and Oracle consultants, particularly within or for large systems integrators.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience recruiting SAP and Oracle consultants — required
- Strong experience with contract/contingent workforce recruiting
- Experience recruiting both onshore and nearshore talent, particularly across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
- Strong understanding of the systems integrator and enterprise consulting ecosystem
- Experience recruiting specialized enterprise technology talent across both functional and technical roles
- Ability to manage multiple searches and contractor pipelines simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous recruiting experience at a systems integrator such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, or a similar organization is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting specifically for contractor and consultant hiring
- Recruit SAP and Oracle consultants across a variety of functional and technical skill sets
- Build and manage contractor pipelines across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
- Source and engage specialized enterprise technology talent in highly competitive markets
- Build proactive talent pipelines to support current and upcoming customer projects
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-find SAP and Oracle skill sets
