Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting in tech and/or AI, ideally within consulting or professional services
• A sourcer's instinct: you love the chase, and passive candidates don't stay passive around you
• Excellent comms – oral and written, and professionalism. Staying connected with candidates through the process.
• Comfort with pace and ambiguity — priorities move, projects scale, and you thrive in it
• Based in the Toronto area (we're remote-friendly, but local roots help)

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sourcing and recruitment for technical, AI engineering, and consulting roles
• Build and nurture pipelines of talent: AI engineers, integration leads, cyber and regulatory consultants, advisory professionals
• Craft outreach that actually gets replies; message that lands and an understanding of the program you’re hiring for.
• Help us scale hiring for major engagements as they ramp, flexing across roles and practices as priorities shift
