About The Position
Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA), an RPO and Recruitment Marketing Company, is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to hit the ground running to tackle challenging, hard-to-fill positions in the Home-Services and Professional Services industries. We are looking for a relationship-driven Recruiter who wants to make an impact in the lives of candidates, foster candidate connections to build a solid talent acquisition network, and someone who is continuously growing. Keep the process clean in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and give candidates and hiring managers a smooth experience.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years recruiting in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agency, or in‑house.
- Strong interviewing and communication skills; organized and reliable.
- Comfort using ATS and recruiting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and simple reports.
Responsibilities
- You handle the full recruiting process for your open roles.
- You source, screen, and help close offers.
- You keep records accurate in the ATS and share clear updates each week.
