Visit mxdusa.org to learn more. Overview MxD is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full-cycle talent acquisition across multiple roles. This individual will partner closely with the People & Culture (P&C) team at MxD and hiring managers to drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with P&C and hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview processes
  • Lead or support intake calls and document hiring criteria, timelines, and expectations
  • Ensure alignment on interview structure and candidate evaluation approach
  • Review incoming applications against job qualifications
  • Conduct initial resume screenings and identify qualified candidates
  • Maintain clear documentation for candidate progression or disposition decisions
  • Conduct outreach via ATS (Greenhouse), LinkedIn, email, or phone
  • Manage candidate communication throughout early stages
  • Ensure timely, professional follow-up
  • Conduct structured phone screens (up to 45 minutes)
  • Assess compensation expectations, qualifications, work authorization, and availability
  • Document interview notes and recommendations
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars
  • Ensure a seamless interview experience
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Maintain pipelines and support hard-to-fill roles
  • Weekly reporting on pipeline, interviews, and risks
  • Consistent candidate communication
  • Accurate ATS documentation
  • Interview scheduling
