About The Position

Apptegy is seeking a mid-level Contract Recruiter to support hiring needs for 6-9 months. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Talent and partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to manage full-cycle recruiting across Go-To-Market, Corporate Functions, Product, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling organization. As a lean Talent team, this role requires flexibility, strong prioritization skills, and comfort working in ambiguity.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house or in a hybrid environment
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, with Greenhouse experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while navigating changing priorities and ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across GTM, Corporate Functions, Product, and Engineering
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and evolving hiring priorities
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using a variety of recruiting channels
  • Conduct recruiter screens and coordinate interview processes
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in Greenhouse
  • Support Talent team initiatives, reporting, and process improvements as needed
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Talent and broader People team to meet hiring goals
