About The Position

The Advanced Manufacturing Plant (AMP-1) Talent Acquisition team partners directly with leaders across Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Quality, and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering organizations to deliver top-tier talent that powers Lucid’s growth. This high-impact group thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where precision, urgency, and collaboration are key drivers of success. We are seeking a Contract Recruiter who thrives in high-volume, fast-moving environments focused on manufacturing, operations, and engineering excellence. This role demands laser focus, data-driven insights, and relentless drive to meet aggressive hiring goals in support of Lucid’s mission-critical programs and production timelines. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for complex manufacturing, operations and logistics roles across AMP-1, including potential support of hourly and salaried roles in General Assembly, Body In White, Paint, Stamping, or skills-based hiring for roles such as Maintenance Technicians, Production Team Members or Material Handlers—owning everything from demand planning to training and coaching hiring managers, proactive sourcing, offer negotiation, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years equivalent direct experience of high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced agile environment working hourly and salaried positions in a manufacturing, operations, logistics or production-driven environment.
  • Expertise in managing requisitions across fast-scale organizations prioritizing production timelines.
  • Proven ability to navigate ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and leverage talent market intelligence tools.
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels in a high-pressure environment.
  • Track record of balancing speed with quality while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position, including understanding work instructions, safety procedures, and job-related communications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Brighthire, Greenhouse AI, Goodtime scheduling, etc.
  • Experience in automotive/EV or logistics industries.
  • Previous involvement in hypergrowth or start-up hiring environments.
  • Established network within operations, manufacturing and logistics communities.
  • Knowledge of diversity recruiting strategies and handling immigration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to forecast headcount needs, prioritize requisitions, and design talent strategies aligned with production schedules and operational urgency.
  • Drive high-volume, end-to-end recruiting for logistics, and manufacturing positions—including sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing candidates with speed and precision.
  • Serve as SME for manufacturing hourly and salaried talent within the context of large-scale manufacturing and logistics programs.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across logistics and manufacturing for decision-making at pace.
  • Develop and execute targeted pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs, leveraging advanced sourcing strategies and competitor market insights.
  • Lead offer negotiations with a focus on competitiveness and timely deal closure.
  • Deliver real-time recruitment analytics to drive decisions and forecast progress against hiring plans.
  • Maintain onsite presence to coordinate rapid hiring initiatives and support surge activities, hiring events, and leadership engagement.
