Requirements

  • Experience 2+ years for Bachelor's
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience
  • Applicant Tracking System usage (Workday)

Responsibilities

  • Consistently responds to stakeholder requests in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
  • Understands (internal and external) customers’ needs, and begins to develop the skills necessary to help customers understand business challenges.
  • Continues building understanding the organization's processes, objectives and challenges and their impact on the business.
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of the organization’s Recruiting policies and procedures and knows where to obtain additional information if necessary.
  • Builds upon knowledge and develops solid understanding of the organizations current Recruiting programs.
  • Develops solid understanding of Recruiting principles, processes and tools.
  • Reviews overarching project timeline and develops a schedule of tasks to achieve project milestones.
  • Works with more experienced team members to identify resources required to support a project.
  • Keeps relevant stakeholders informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule.
  • Acquires a solid understanding of how the department operates and fits into the larger organization.
  • Demonstrates awareness of the policies, practices, trends and information that impact the organization and its customers.
  • Demonstrates understanding of the financial impact of decisions/solutions on the organization and its customers.
  • Develops a solid understanding of laws, controls and regulatory requirements.
