About The Position

Conair is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter/Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team for a six‑month assignment. This role is ideal for a high‑energy, resourceful recruiting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, complex, and high‑volume environment. You’ll operate with the mindset of an in‑house agency recruiter, balancing multiple requisitions at once while delivering exceptional candidate quality and speed. You will partner closely with hiring managers across the business to source, engage, and hire top talent for a wide range of roles. This is a hands‑on, full‑cycle recruiting and sourcing role that requires strong business acumen, creativity, and the ability to execute quickly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including strong sourcing capability for hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Proven success operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, and complex recruiting environment.
  • Experience functioning like an in‑house agency recruiter—managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, including Boolean search, passive outreach, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle many requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting within consumer goods, manufacturing, or similar industries is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high‑volume requisition load across multiple business units with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent across LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, talent communities, and competitive markets.
  • Conduct full‑cycle recruiting including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate experience management.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing market insights, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain a high bar for candidate quality while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
  • Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS with precision and compliance.
  • Represent Conair’s brand with professionalism and consistency in all candidate interactions.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs in a dynamic, consumer‑driven environment.
