Contract Psychologist — Psychological Assessment

The Lorenz ClinicMinnetonka, MN
Onsite

About The Position

Lorenz Clinic has a waitlist for psychological assessment services at our Minnetonka location and is looking for a licensed psychologist to step into immediate, steady referral volume. This is a contract role — no employment overhead, no mandatory meetings, no administrative bloat. You set your schedule, we fill it. You can see kids, adults, or both. The referrals will follow your clinical interests and expertise. Lorenz Clinic's testing program operates within a systemic, developmentally informed framework. We are not a factory for ADHD paperwork. Our referrals tend to come from within the clinic's care ecosystem — clients in therapy whose presentations are complex, diagnoses are unclear, or treatment planning requires deeper diagnostic grounding. The assessments we do are meant to be clinically useful, not just categorically correct. A good evaluation at Lorenz explains not just what is happening, but why — and outlines a clear direction for intervention. The assessor is a systems-informed consultant, not a technician generating labels. Scope of services includes differential diagnosis, cognitive and academic assessment, personality and diagnostic clarification, and pre- or mid-treatment reevaluation. Forensic evaluations, parenting assessments, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and disability determinations are outside our scope and are not referred here.

  • Maintain liability insurance independently.
