About The Position

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: Some construction work experience preferred. Experience may be in the following sectors: federal, state, municipal, K-12 school, water/wastewater, higher education, laboratory facilities, transportation, ports or marina projects. Minimum 3 years experience. Responsibilities MAIN DUTIES: Support the project managers and planners across their portfolios. Track critical information and maintain records and files on construction projects including: meeting minutes, closeout submittals and other project related tasks. Assist and support financial data entry; processing NOC’s, PCO’s and CO’s and contracts. Developing spreadsheets for internal and external review. Preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedural guides, and instructions. Performing other project administrative support tasks as required. ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Receive training, participation in company activities, and administrative duties. Other duties as assigned. Project management support responsibility in close liaison with project team. Qualifications EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE: B.S. in industry-related field preferred. Knowledge of construction, principles of construction management, project and document controls. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Direct client contact and client care. Operates at level of expert in one or more service areas with responsibility for final work product. Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously. Able to stand and sit as needed on project work sites, climb ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions. Ability to safely navigate construction work sites with uneven terrain. Support management responsibilities for some or all aspects of the design and construction of new construction or refurbishment projects. Prepare for and attending client-directed meetings. Prepare written reports and other written deliverables as directed by client. Support management responsibilities for projects during planning/programming, pre-construction, and/or post-construction
