About The Position

The Contract Processing Clerk position serves as a primary point of contact between Massanutten’s Sales Office and the Contract Processing Department in Charlottesville. The Contract Processing Clerk is the initial point of contact for Massanutten’s Sales Office and strives to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, including nurturing, cultivating, sustaining, and supporting the Sales Department. This individual will be responsible for fostering the relationship between the Sales Office and Contract Processing Department.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Basic math skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous office experience, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist owners and multiple departments by phone, email, or chat regarding owner account status
  • Process weekly sales reports
  • Updating owner records
  • Retain records via document imaging database
  • Other duties as assigned by management
