About The Position

Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, a skilled nursing facility located in Oak Grove, MO, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contract LPN/RN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Contract LPN/RN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while building strong relationships with our residents and their families. Contract LPN/RN will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, assess patient needs, and provide medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. The Contract LPN/RN expertise will also be used to monitor patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team, and maintain accurate and timely records. This position is intended for local contract Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.

Requirements

1 year of experience
LPN or RN license

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Provide nursing care to residents, including wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct patient assessments, identify areas of concern, and report changes to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of care services
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
