About The Position

The Contract Manager oversees salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery of services. Utilizing MacLellan's Best Systems, the Contract Manager interacts with customer contacts involved in maintenance and production daily, ensuring all tasks and activities are accomplished safely with the highest level of quality. They achieve the Best Results by engaging the team daily and challenging the status quo. The Contract Manager's leadership style is authentic, they see potential issues and deliver timely solutions so clients can focus on their core business with the confidence that MacLellan has their back.

• 7 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Nice To Haves

• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.
