The Role Aderant is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join its Legal and Commercial Operations team. This is a senior contract professional role responsible for structuring, negotiating, and administering customer and partner agreements in close coordination with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations. The Contract Manager serves as a key operational partner in the deal lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring contracts align with approved commercial frameworks, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining speed and efficiency in a high-volume SaaS sales environment. This position works closely with Legal team members and business stakeholders to support consistent risk management, scalable processes, and disciplined contract execution. What Success Looks Like A successful Contract Manager at Aderant operates as a disciplined, business-minded contract professional who enables deals to close efficiently while protecting the company’s commercial and operational interests. This individual can independently manage a demanding workflow, apply structured risk guidance consistently, and partner effectively with Sales in a fast-moving SaaS environment. This role is well suited for a senior contract professional who wants meaningful ownership of the contracting process, exposure to sophisticated clients, and the opportunity to contribute to scalable systems in a growing technology company.
