About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery of services. This role involves daily interaction with customer contacts in maintenance and production, ensuring tasks are accomplished safely and with the highest quality. The Contract Manager is expected to engage the team daily, challenge the status quo, and provide timely solutions to clients so they can focus on their core business.

Requirements

• 7 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Nice To Haves

• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.

Responsibilities
