As a member of the Commercial Operations team, you will be an active participant in achieving the commitments, orders, sales, cash, operating profit, and margin targets for the applicable segment. Success in this role looks like establishing yourself as a subject matter expert by demonstrating contracting and negotiating expertise related to T&Cs, together with being recognized as an active participant in ITO process simplification and related lean efforts. You will be an indispensable team member, with excellent writing and reading comprehension skills paired with an analytical skill to evaluate T&Cs in the context of a service provider’s risk profile in the power generation or related industry. You are someone who brings the ability to identify and articulate T&Cs concerns and either mitigate them through customer negotiations, or explain them in a manner to ensure a fully informed business decision by Steam Power team members and leaders to either accept or reject non-standard T&Cs. You have experience with Contract execution and/or contract negotiation and finalization in the power generation or related industry.
