Woodward's Industrial Segment is seeking a Contract Manager II (Government) who is primarily responsible for managing government contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering agreements. This role will also support commercial contracting activities for supply and service agreements as well as NDAs and purchase agreements. Partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract issues, support compliance, and manage risks. Handles customer or regional contract ownership, including make whole requests and flow down requirements, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting efficient contract processes. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
