We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our Commercial Support / Market Area Services team. You will be responsible for managing customer contracts and executing service and delivery projects across the full project lifecycle, including inventory consignment, product upgrades, field service events, and long-term service agreements. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring safe, timely, and high quality project execution while meeting contractual, budget, and customer expectations. In this position, you will report to the Manager, Commercial Support Group. This position is mainly located in Sudbury, ON or Prince George, BC. The role involves approximately 25% travel, both domestically and internationally, to support customer sites and project execution. You will join a team of contract and project management professionals dedicated to delivering reliable service execution and strong customer experiences across Metso’s service portfolio. The team strives to ensure contract compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all service projects. We are currently managing Life Cycle Services contracts, long term service agreements, inventory consignment programs, and major service and upgrade projects for market area customers. We work closely with Sales Account Managers, Proposal teams, Field Service, Supply Chain, Finance, SAP support teams, customers, and suppliers.
