About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Contract Management Specialist (Associate, Experienced, or Senior) to join the Commercial Contracts team. The selected candidate will support multiple divisions within BGS and work in a fast-paced environment alongside a collaborative team of contracting professionals to help BGS achieve its business goals. This role involves negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing, and intellectual property licensing.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
• 1+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

• Level 4: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies
• Represents the company and supports external negotiations with a broad set of customers
• Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements for The Boeing Company
• Coordinates with other internal functional disciplines
• Summarizes contractual issues, supports development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation
